- Play will start at 10.45am in order to give Susannah's ladies time to leave the courts
- It is up to the 4 players involved to decide pairings and how many sets are played
- It is the responsibility of the first named player to supply 4 reasonable quality balls
- The first named player is also the contact point if there is a doubt about the weather
- It is the responsibility of any player who finds he is unable to play to find a substitute
- and to let the lead for the day know about the change.
